This Privacy Policy explains how TennisSwing AI (web and mobile apps on Google Play) collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use the service.

1) Data we collect

• Account data: email address and user ID from Google sign-in via Supabase.
• User content: videos you upload/record for analysis and generated artifacts (contact frames, clips, reports).
• Usage/technical data: job status, processing logs, error logs, and basic request metadata (for reliability and security).
• Payment metadata (if enabled): plan and transaction status from payment providers (we do not store full card details).

2) How we use data

• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Process uploaded videos and generate analysis results.
• Maintain and improve service quality, performance, and security.
• Respond to support requests and operational issues.

3) Sharing and processors

We use service providers to run the platform, such as:

• Supabase (authentication and data services)
• Cloud/object storage provider (uploaded videos and generated outputs)
• Compute infrastructure providers for analysis processing
• Optional analytics or payment providers if configured

We do not sell personal data.

4) Permissions (mobile app)

• Camera: used only when you choose to record a video.
• Photo/media access: used only when you choose a video from device storage.

5) Retention

We keep account and analysis data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect system integrity. You can request deletion of your account-related data. See Delete account for steps.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
