Refund Policy

TennisSwing AI is sold by 4Devlabs. Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for every purchase.

1) Asking for a refund

Email 4devlabs@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in, and tell us which plan you bought and why you would like a refund. The reason is so we can fix whatever went wrong — it is not a condition.

You can also reply directly to your Paddle receipt, which reaches Paddle's support team.

2) When we refund

We will refund your purchase in full if you ask within 7 days of paying. This applies to the Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans alike.

3) What happens next

• We aim to reply within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
• Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 working days to show it.
• Access to paid features ends when the refund is issued, and your account returns to the free tier.

4) Cancelling instead of refunding

Cancelling a Monthly or Yearly plan is not the same as a refund. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. The Lifetime plan is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel — only to refund.

5) Your statutory rights

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to cancel or to a refund.
